Transcript Request or Letter of graduation

If you would like a copy of your transcript or a letter attesting to your graduation, you may order an expedited copy using a credit card for payment (To pay by credit card click here.) If you are unable to pay by credit card, you may submit your request by sending a letter to the following address:

Include your year of graduation, name (if married your maiden name), address, and a $10 certified check or money order for each transcript and $5certified check or money order for each letter of graduation requested (these are processing fees).Please be advised that ordering by credit card will significantly reduce the time for obtaining a copy of your transcript. You can order
up to 4 of each item per order. We can only accept on-line orders with a credit card. All documents are sent by mail.
NOTE: We will attempt to fulfill requests in their order of receipt, usually within 2-3 weeks.
On occasion, retrieval is more difficult. Delays may be experienced in retrieving records
prior to graduation year 2000. Please plan accordingly when placing your orders.
