Welcome to Brooklyn Technical High School. I maintain an office in the Office of Student Activities, Room 7C1. I am available Monday through Friday, from 10:00am - 5:00pm. Please feel free to call or e-mail with questions and concerns. Be sure you are on our parent e-mail list! Be sure that Brooklyn Tech has your current phone number. We send regular email blasts and phone blasts to our Brooklyn Tech households to keep Brooklyn Tech families updated on what's going on in the school.

Welcome to Brooklyn Technical High School. I am here each school day to answer questions regarding our school and your child's education.
Parents of Brooklyn Tech students can find answers to many of their frequently asked questions on the Brooklyn Tech website www.bths.edu. Look under the STUDENTS tab and click “Whom Should I Ask”. The same information is available in your child’s Annual Student Handbook, which was distributed to each student in September.

Dear Parents:
Our heritage shows that we strive for excellence within our school environment and in the community. On behalf of the entire staff of Brooklyn Technical High School, we hope that your child will have a happy and successful year. Parents, please remember that you are an important team member, along with the staff and administration, in the education of your child. We must all work together to help your child reach his/her potential. You are encouraged and expected to be an active participant in your child’s education.
Throughout the year we work with the PTA to offer workshops for parents and plan educational trips for students and their families. I hope you take the opportunity to attend these informative events. We provide translation services at our PTA meetings.
Our roles as the Assistant Principal of Student and Parent Engagement and Parent Coordinator, respectively, are to help parents and caregivers of Brooklyn Tech students feel welcome in the school by bridging the gap between parents, teachers, and school staff. We look forward to meeting with many of you in the next few months to share your concerns and comments. We hope we can provide you with all the resources you need to address your child’s needs.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about your child’s education. We can also assist you with information about after school and community programs, and working papers. We will do our best to help you understand the policies of the school and the NYC Department of Education. We ask that you do your best to become actively involved in your child's education.
