Article IX - Amendments
Section 1: Amending BTHS PTA By-Laws
1.1 These bylaws may be amended at any General Meeting of the PTA by a two-thirds vote of the Members present, provided the amendment has been presented to the Membership at the previous General Meeting, and appears in the notice of the meeting at which it is to be amended. Amendments are effective immediately unless otherwise specified.1.2 A thorough review of these bylaws must be conducted every three (3) years.
